The Craftsmanship

• Shade-Grown Concentration: Cultivated under the multi-tier forest canopy of the Western Ghats, these single-seed berries benefit from a slow accumulation of nutrients. This concentrated maturation is what gives the Robusta Peaberry its legendary density and caffeine punch.

• Precision Wet-Processing: The craft lies in the "Fully Washed" protocol. The cherries are pulped and fermented to remove the mucilage, then washed with fresh spring water. This ensures the Peaberry’s naturally bold flavour is presented with absolute clarity, free from any earthy or musty defects.

• Manual Separation & Sorting: Because Peaberries are a natural rarity, the grading process is highly specialised. Using circular-hole screens followed by rigorous manual hand-sorting, our artisans isolate these round pearls from the flat beans. This labour-intensive process ensures a 99% pure Peaberry lot that roasts with unmatched uniformity.
