Shade-Grown Pedigree: Sourced from the prestigious coffee estates of the Western Ghats, these beans are grown under a traditional natural forest canopy. This slow-ripening environment ensures that even the "B" grade beans possess the high density and rich oil content required for a premium extraction.
The Parchment Wash: The craft lies in our strict wet-processing protocol. Every batch is pulped, fermented, and washed with pristine spring water. This "Fully Washed" method is critical for the "B" grade, as it removes all mucilage and ensures the bean is completely free from the "earthy" or "rubbery" taints common in lower-tier unwashed Robustas.
Manual Precision: After mechanical sifting to ensure Screen 15 uniformity, the beans undergo meticulous manual hand-sorting.
