Portable Digital Gauge / Dimension Linearity Plucometer is designed for accurate measurement of diagonal linearity, edge straightness, flatness and dimensional deviations of ceramic, vitrified and porcelain tiles. Suitable for ceramic tile manufacturing plants, quality control laboratories and pre-shipment inspection, with configurations for 450×450 mm, 600×600 mm and custom larger tile sizes.


Available in standard digital, large-format and analog dial gauge configurations, featuring adjustable calibrated stainless-steel locating feet, high-resolution digital measurement, integrated spirit level and portable construction for quick and reliable dimensional inspection.


Available Models:

  • TC-102D450 – Portable Digital Linearity Gauge / Plucometer for tile sizes up to 450×450 mm, featuring adjustable steel bar, calibrated SS locating feet and digital indicator for direct deviation measurement
  • TC-102D600 – Large Format Portable Digital Linearity Gauge for tiles up to 600×600 mm, with extended measuring span and adjustable locating feet
  • TC-102D – Custom Size – Customized Portable Digital Gauge configurations available for larger-format tiles such as 800×800 mm and 1200×1200 mm, according to testing requirements
  • Analog / Mechanical Dial Gauge Variant – Precision mechanical dial indicator with approximately 0.01 mm resolution and integrated spirit level, suitable for quick factory-floor dimensional inspection
