Tile & Aggregate Abrasion Testing Machine is designed for accurate abrasion and wear resistance testing of glazed/unglazed ceramic tiles, concrete flooring tiles, paving blocks, vitreous and porcelain enamel coatings, and coarse aggregates. Suitable for ceramic tile manufacturers, paver block manufacturers, civil engineering laboratories, highway material testing laboratories and R&D centers, with configurations for 1, 4 and 8 tile specimens as well as specialized aggregate and coating testing.


Available in single-sample, 4-sample and 8-sample glazed tile models, along with dedicated machines for tile & paver block abrasion, wet/dry paver abrasion, Los Angeles aggregate abrasion and vitreous/porcelain enamel testing. Models feature digital preset counters, automatic stop, controlled abrasive flow, robust construction and configurations suitable for continuous laboratory testing.

  • TM-190W – Wet/Dry Paver Block Abrasion Tester designed for evaluating wet and dry abrasion resistance of concrete paving blocks
  • TM-103 – Los Angeles Abrasion Machine with heavy-duty steel drum, internal shelf and abrasive steel charges for coarse aggregate testing as per ASTM requirements
  • TC-107(VP) – Vitreous & Porcelain Enamel Abrasion Tester with multi-specimen testing positions, designed for evaluating abrasion resistance of enamel coatings
