Carbon Black Dispersion Test Apparatus is designed to evaluate the dispersion quality, agglomerate size and distribution of carbon black in polyethylene, plastic, rubber and polymer materials. Suitable for ISO 18553, ASTM D3015, IS 2530 and BS 2782 testing.


Available Models:

• Standard Optical Model – Trinocular metallurgical microscope, 100×–400× magnification and heated sample stage.

• Digital Software-Interfaced Model – Digital camera, precision hot stage and image analysis software for particle sizing and dispersion grading.

• Microtome-Integrated Complete Suite – Microscope, digital camera, heating press, rotary microtome and software-based grading and reporting.
