The Motorized 12-Speed Direct Shear Apparatus is designed to determine the shear strength parameters of soil, including cohesion (c) and angle of internal friction (φ), under controlled shear conditions. Available in standard analog, digital, PC-software integrated and ASTM D3080 configurations for soil mechanics and geotechnical testing applications.
