Optical Sortex sorting removes any yellow or sun-bleached pods before the batch passes through magnet and metal detectors.

Moisture holds at 10–12%, volatile oil content at 6–9%, and empty or malformed pods stay under 1%, with foreign matter at nil. Each batch is sealed in moisture-barrier packaging and stored cool, dark and climate-controlled, shipped in 1 kg, 5 kg or 25 kg master cartons with food-grade poly-liners, in MOQs from 1 MT.
