A rotary cooling drum that cools granules after thermal processing, ready for screening, coating or packing.

Overview

Granules leave drying or other thermal steps hot, and hot granules are hard to screen, coat or pack well. The Drum Fertilizer Cooler from Gayatri Fertiplants provides that downstream cooling stage inside a rotating drum.

It serves NPK compound fertilizer, organic, bio-organic and GSSP granulation lines, and is sized on the product and the stages on either side of it.
