Moving material from one level of a plant to the next by hand is slow and labour-heavy. The Bucket Elevator from Gayatri Fertiplants lifts bulk fertilizer and process solids vertically using a series of buckets, linking equipment that sits at different heights.

It is used for material transfer in SSP, GSSP, NPK compound fertilizer and alum plants, reducing the need for repeated manual transfers. Each elevator is sized on the material, elevation, distance and receiving equipment.
