Hydraulic Button Press – 5 Ton / 50 kN is designed for consistent compaction and preparation of ceramic powder test buttons, tile specimens and laboratory samples for green density, moisture, shrinkage and firing studies. With hand-operated and motorized hydraulic configurations, it is suitable for ceramic, vitrified and porcelain tile manufacturers, R&D laboratories, raw material testing and quality control laboratories.


Available in manual hand-operated and motorized hydraulic configurations, with interchangeable dies for different specimen sizes.

• TC-120 – 5 Ton / 50 kN Hand-Operated Hydraulic Button Press

• Motorized Hydraulic Model – 5 Ton / 50 kN Motorized Button Press

Optional Accessories & Dies:

• 50 × 100 mm Die – Rectangular sample preparation

• 100 × 100 mm Die – Square sample preparation

• Ceramic Die Punch – Specialized punch assembly for ceramic powder compaction
