Digital Water Bath for Water Absorption Test of Ceramic Tiles is designed for determining water absorption, apparent porosity and bulk density of ceramic and vitrified tiles using standard boiling and vacuum saturation methods. Suitable for ceramic tile manufacturers, building material, civil engineering, R&D and third-party testing laboratories.


Available in Standard Non-Refrigerated Boiling Bath, Vacuum Impregnation Bath and Refrigerated & Heating Combination Bath models, featuring digital microprocessor PID temperature control, SS 304 construction, motorized water circulation and specialized tile holding racks.


Available Models:
• EIE-WAB-100 – Standard Non-Refrigerated Digital Boiling Bath, maintains 100°C continuous boiling temperature with specialized vertical tile holding racks
• EIE-WAB-VAC – Vacuum Impregnation Bath with integrated vacuum pump, vacuum chamber and vacuum gauge for accelerated water penetration into sample pores
• EIE-WAB-RC – Refrigerated & Heating Combination Bath, integrates heating and refrigeration systems for automated boiling and accelerated cooling cycles
