Product Description

A variable area flow meter, also known as a rotameter, is a device used to measure the volumetric flow rate of liquids or gases. It operates by allowing the cross-sectional area through which the fluid flows to vary, thereby creating a measurable change in the flow rate. The flow rate is indicated by the position of a float within a tapered tube, which moves up or down based on the fluid's velocity.
