Processing & Quality Parameters
The product is carefully cleaned, graded, and sorted to maintain uniform size and purity. Moisture is controlled at a maximum of 7 percent, admixture is limited to 1 percent, and split kernels are restricted to defined limits. Aflatoxin parameters can be aligned with EU or USA regulatory requirements based on buyer specifications.
Packaging & Export Handling
Peanuts are packed in food-grade polybags or jute bags placed inside strong cartons to preserve quality during storage and transport. Standard pack sizes include 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg, and 50 kg. Container loading capacity supports approximately 17–18 metric tons in a 20-foot container and 24–25 metric tons in a 40-foot container.
