Motorized Double Cup Grease Worker is designed for accurate preparation and working of lubricating grease samples for worked penetration testing. Compliant with ASTM D217, IP 50 and ISO 2137, it is suitable for petroleum refineries, lubricant and grease manufacturing industries, automotive testing laboratories, QA/QC laboratories, R&D centres and technical institutes.


Available with standard automatic/motorized, digital/microprocessor-controlled and constant-temperature water bath integrated configurations, with double-cup operation and programmable stroke counting options.


Available Models:

• Motorized Double Cup Grease Worker – Heavy-duty geared motor with dual-eccentric mechanism for simultaneous working of two grease samples at approximately 60 strokes/min

• Digital Double Cup Grease Worker – Microprocessor-based controller with digital display, programmable stroke count and automatic motor shut-off

• Automatic Double Cup Grease Worker – Digital pre-set stroke counter with automatic shut-off for standard and extended working tests

• Motorized Double Cup Grease Worker – Extended Stroke Counter – Programmable up to 99,999 strokes for prolonged grease working tests

• Constant Temperature Double Cup Grease Worker – Optional temperature-controlled water bath/jacketed cup arrangement for grease testing under controlled temperature conditions
