Ultron Family EH Series — Power Conversion Architecture

The EH Series central power train uses transformer-isolated rectifier stages feeding PWM IGBT inverters arranged for on-line double-conversion. The architecture separates DC bus regulation from inverter output modulation, which improves harmonic rejection and maintains a near-sinusoidal output under non-linear loads. Thermal management employs forced-air channels and front-access filters to maintain predictable component temperatures during continuous operation.

Functional Performance & Operational Efficiency

Continuous operation at rated load maintains inverter frequency and voltage within narrow tolerances, supporting sensitive IT and instrumentation equipment. Battery runtime is managed by an internal battery controller that calculates remaining run-time using measured load and ambient temperature. The unit supports scheduled automatic self-tests and provides event logs for failure analysis. Serviceability is simplified by front-access power and control modules to reduce mean time to repair.
