Asphalt Recovery Apparatus (Abson Method) is designed to separate and recover bitumen binder from solvent-extracted asphalt mixtures while preserving its original physical properties. Suitable for ASTM D1856, AASHTO T170, AASHTO R59 and BS 2000 testing.


Available Models:

• Standard Abson Recovery Model – 250/500 ml distillation flask, electric heating mantle, condenser, CO₂ gas flowmeter and support assembly.

• Digital Temperature Controlled Model – 500–1000 ml flask, microprocessor PID temperature control, digital gas flow monitoring and over-temperature protection.

• Vacuum / Rotary Recovery Model – 1000–2000 ml flask, motorized rotation, digital speed control, heating bath and integrated vacuum system.
