Mild Steel Surface & Deep Abrasion Testing Machine is designed for accurate evaluation of surface and deep abrasion resistance of unglazed ceramic/vitrified tiles, concrete paving blocks, cement tiles, natural stones and flooring materials. Suitable for ceramic manufacturing plants, quality control laboratories, civil engineering testing centers and material testing laboratories, with configurations for deep abrasion, surface abrasion and paver/concrete block testing.


Available in deep abrasion and surface abrasion configurations, featuring heavy-duty powder-coated Mild Steel construction, digital preset counter, adjustable load mechanism, controlled abrasive material feeding and reliable operation on 220–240V AC, 50–60 Hz power supply.


Available Models:

  • EIE-410 / TC-108 – Deep Abrasion Testing Machine for unglazed ceramic and vitrified tiles, featuring a 75 ± 5 RPM rotating grinding disc, 5-liter abrasive hopper, adjustable abrasive flow control and 5–20 kgf load adjustment in 1 kg steps
  • Surface Abrasion Testing Machine – Single Sample – Single-specimen configuration designed for individual abrasion evaluation in quality control and laboratory applications
  • Surface Abrasion Testing Machine – 4 Sample – Multi-sample configuration for 4 specimens simultaneously, suitable for routine laboratory and production quality testing
  • Surface Abrasion Testing Machine – 8 Sample – High-capacity configuration for 8 specimens simultaneously, designed for higher testing throughput in ceramic manufacturing and QA laboratories
  • Paver & Concrete Block Abrasion Tester – Specialized configuration for abrasion and wear testing of cement concrete tiles, paving blocks, natural stones and flooring materials as per applicable testing requirements
