Manufacturing & Materials
Exclusive use of virgin polymers — no recycled rubber, rubber dust, or crumbs.
Custom formulations with premium-grade chemicals to meet specified mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance requirements.
Material types include EPDM, Natural Rubber (NR), Silicone, and specialty compounds like Viton for high temperature or chemical resistance.
Tooling & Production
Tooling design for both prototypes / short-runs and large production volumes.
Able to work from drawings, samples, or even extrusion off-cuts to match required geometry and function.
Quality Control & Testing
Process monitoring: controls on molding temperature (≈ 300-350°F), pressure (≈ 300-2,000 psi), and curing time (≈ 15-60 minutes).
Final part dimensional verification to tight tolerances (±0.005 in).
Mechanical & performance testing: tensile strength (minimum ~1,000 psi), elongation over 300%, hardness in the Shore A 50-80 range. Also wear & chemical resistance.
Visual inspection for defects.
