Jominy End Quench Apparatus is designed to determine the hardenability characteristics of carbon and alloy steels by controlled end-quench testing of standard specimens. Suitable for metallurgical testing laboratories, steel manufacturing, heat treatment, automotive and engineering research laboratories.


Available as a Standalone Quenching Apparatus or Integrated Model with Heating Furnace, and designed in accordance with IS 3848-1981 and ASTM A255 for reproducible water-jet quenching conditions.


Available Models:
• EIE-MET-101 – Standalone Jominy End Quench Apparatus without furnace
• Integrated Model with Heating Furnace – Complete Jominy testing setup with dedicated high-temperature muffle furnace for rapid specimen transfer and quenching
