Thirty-five stations, two compression sides, and an output ceiling of 60,000 tablets per hour — this is the press for lines where volume decides the specification. Rated capacity sits above 20,000 tablets per hour, with headroom up to the maximum.

Tablets are formed on the compression principle: punches and dies shape the ingredients into the required tablet form with high precision. The 35 station tablet press runs D tooling with a maximum fill depth of 25 mm, driven by a 7.5 hp main motor on a 3-phase, 230 V supply. Operators set and monitor the machine through a PLC HMI control system, and the body is built in SS 304.
