Product details

Liquid is less forgiving than powder in a capsule, and this machine is built around that fact. Filling is vacuum-assisted to minimise air bubbles and keep the product consistent, while anti-drip and anti-foaming mechanisms keep operation clean. Faulty capsules are caught and rejected by an integrated system.

The sequence is fully automatic — capsule orientation, separation, filling and closing — at up to 25,000 capsules per hour for sizes 00, 1 and 2, including tamper-proof capsule types. All liquid contact parts are SS 316L. A PLC with a touch-screen interface and digital display sets and monitors parameters, and an emergency stop with safety interlocks protects operators.

Optional modules extend it further: nitrogen flushing for oxygen-sensitive products, a hot-melt sealing station for gelatin capsules, and Clean-in-Place for product contact parts. The machine disassembles easily for cleaning. Send an enquiry for this liquid capsule filler.
