Chana Dal

Chana Dal is the split form of chickpea widely used in culinary and industrial formulations. It provides firm texture and even cooking, which makes it suitable for instant mixes, canned fillings, and snack base formulations. Procurement priorities include low fines, controlled broken ratio, and stable moisture to ensure quality during processing and in finished products.
