AM NEXUS is an integrated powder handling solution developed specifically for additive manufacturing applications where controlled transfer, screening and safe handling of metal powders are critical. The system is designed for processing capacities from 100 to 500 kg/hour and can be supplied with or without an inert-gas arrangement depending on material and process requirements. For applications requiring controlled atmospheres, the system is designed for operation at oxygen concentrations of less than 500 ppm ( 0.05%) oxygen, subject to the specified process conditions and safety requirements. Overfill protection helps prevent unwanted material accumulation during operation, while the enclosed conveying and screening arrangement supports cleaner powder handling. Optimized pneumatic conveying and screening design helps minimize utility consumption while maintaining high productivity. AM NEXUS is suitable for powder recovery, screening, transfer and reuse applications involving metal powders in industrial additive manufacturing.
