The Vibro Shifter is an industrial vibrating screening and separation machine developed for processing powders, granules and selected solid-liquid mixtures. Controlled vibration enables efficient material movement across the screening surface, supporting particle classification, safety sieving and removal of unwanted oversized particles. The machine can also be used for de-dusting applications and solid-liquid separation depending on the process requirement and screen configuration. Multiple screening decks can be incorporated when different particle fractions need to be separated in a single operation. The equipment is available in hygienic stainless-steel construction and can be configured with different screen meshes, inlet and outlet arrangements, covers and other accessories. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, nutraceutical, specialty chemical and general industrial applications where reliable screening and separation are required.
