TILECARE EP-100 Stainfree Epoxy Grout BYZON TILECARE EP-100 Epoxy Tile Grout is a three-component color-fast, chemical resistant, hard wearing, impervious epoxy tile joint filler and is 100% stain-proof. It effectively fills the gaps between tiles to give a hard-wearing, dust- proof tile joint. It is well suited for residential and commercial installations where materials must resist physical abuse, shock, and chemical aggression.

Surface Preparation Ensure 24 hours time interval for grouting after tile fixing Remove debris in joints and lightly sponge the tile surface to remove dust and dirt & then start using TILECARE EP-100 Epoxy Grout. Ensure tile joints are dry, clean, free of dust & tile adhesive. Acid cleaning of tiles is not recommended, wash the tile area properly with water in case acid cleaning is done on tiles then start tile grouting. 2. Mixing Mix the contents of TILECARE EP-100 Epoxy Grout Part “A” (Resin) and Part “B” (Hardner) in a clean container as per recommended ratio. Use trowel or a slow speed drill mixer to mix Part A & Part B, kindly ensure the mix is completely blended Add Part “C” (Filler) Powder and mix thoroughly for 3-4 minutes to ensure homogenous consistency, free of lumps and uniform colour to achieve a stiff mix to work into the joints. Mix only the required quantity which can be consumed within the pot life period of 30 mins.
