READYCRETE 300 PC based high performance superplasticizer BYZON READYCRETE 300 differentiated from conventional superplasticizers in that it is based on a unique carboxylic ether polymer with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs but the cement particle’s capacity to separate and disperse. It is a strong superplasticizer allowing production of consistent concrete properties around the required dosage.

FEATURS & BENEFITS Improves impermeability Good bonding to most substrates Improves mechanical, flexural strength and abrasion resistance properties Makes mortar waterproof Improves external coating in combination with cement water repellence and antifungal property of the paint Improves resistance to salt permeation AREA OF APPLICATION Waterproofing of roof slab, sunken slabs, basements, water tanks, sunshades etc. Making polymer mortar for repairs mortars Treatment for leaching and saltpetre action Multipurpose mortar admixture for injection grouts Additives to cement based paints for waterproofing METHOD OF APPLICATION Remove all dust, laitance or debris the surface must also be free from oil, grease, wax or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. The surface should be primed with COTEFLEX AP as follows: 1 part of COTEFLEX AP: 2 parts of Water: 4 parts of Cement Mixed material with the above proportion will cover an area of 16-17m² . Topcoat shall be mixed with cement in ratio 1:2 respectively to obtain uniform and consistent slurry avoiding any lump formation Stir the material till the entire quantity is applied, so that solids do not settle at the bottom of the container. Cure the repaired area by using COTEFLEX AP to prevent rapid loss of water. In severe drying conditions additional curing methods may also be necessary. Protect uncured mortar from frost and rain.
