Product details

Every tablet this machine makes passes through four stages in a single turn of the turret. Filling positions granules in the die and sets them by weight. Metering removes the excess, so only the right quantity stays. Compression brings the upper and lower punches together under pressure inside the die. Ejection lifts the finished tablet clear of the lower punch die station.

This GMP model runs 10 stations on DB tooling, reaching up to 18,000 tablets per hour from a 2 hp main motor. It accepts tablets up to 25 mm in diameter with a maximum fill depth of 20 mm, and it runs automatically — a 10 station tablet press sized for moderate output rather than maximum throughput.
