COMING SOON This pick-me-up was made fashionable by Catherine of Braganza from Portugal - sipping it as a part of her daily routine. The story goes that she transformed tea-drinking in Britain from a health tonic, to an elegant social beverage. We picked our cue from here and handcrafted this beverage to inspire your day. Tasting notes: The spicy tones of ginger, red chilli flakes and black pepper, combine with the subtle sweetness of cinnamon, anise and nutmeg and create a burst of flavors in the mouth. Steeping notes: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in a cup (200ml) of hot water (boil and cool to 98°C), for 4 minutes. Add hot milk. Strain and serve hot. Add sugar to taste. For an iced chai-tea treat, let your chai cool and serve over ice. Ingredients: Organic black tea, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, anise, nutmeg, and roasted red chilli flakes
