Marine Survey Measurement

Multigauge 5650 is designed for ship and small-craft surveyors requiring several ultrasonic measurement modes. It measures metal, GRP, and plastic and automatically changes operating settings according to the type of probe fitted to the gauge.


Measurement Modes

Users can select Multiple Echo, Echo-to-Echo, or Single Echo. Multiple Echo ignores coatings up to 6 mm, while Coating Plus+ extends the stated coating capability to 20 mm in the applicable configuration.


Material and Probe Selection

Soft-faced probes protected by membranes and hard-faced probes for linear accuracy are stated. The gauge can inspect GRP for osmosis, while the correct probe, mode, velocity, and range should be selected for the material.
