Overview

Paneer made from milk of indigenous cows only. This paneer qualifies as medium fat paneer as per the guidelines laid down by FSSAI. No addition or deletion of fat is done by Hetha. Buttermilk / curd is used to curdle the milk inorder to make paneer. Paneer is a rich source of protein, calcium and can aid in weight loss. (Available in Delhi NCR only)
