Omega Power Controls is an electrical control panel manufacturer established in 1998, serving industrial, commercial, infrastructure and export customers from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India. We design, fabricate, wire and test low-voltage (LT/LV) switchboards and automation panels in-house, built to IEC 61439 practices with type-tested components from leading brands such as Schneider, Siemens, ABB, L&T and Legrand.   Our product range: PCC Panels (up to 6300A), MCC Panels, Main LT Panels, PDB/LDB Distribution Boards, APFC Panels, AMF Panels, DG Synchronising & Load Sharing Panels, VFD Panels (0.75 to 500 kW), PLC/HMI/SCADA Automation Panels, LT Metering Panels and Outdoor IP55 Feeder Pillars. Every panel is custom-engineered to the customer's single-line diagram, with CRCA sheet-metal enclosures, powder coating, copper or aluminium busbars and 100% routine testing before dispatch.   We work with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, factories, hospitals, commercial buildings, feed and food plants, water treatment and infrastructure projects. Services include design and GA drawings, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales support. Export enquiries from the Middle East, Africa and SAARC countries are welcome.

Omega Power Controls manufactures Main LT panels (LV switchboards) at our ISO 9001:2015 certified factory in Hyderabad, India. 415V, 50Hz, ratings up to 6300A with ACB / MCCB incomers from transformer and DG, bus couplers, auto / manual changeover, APFC feeder and outgoing feeders for PDBs, MCCs and lighting. Copper or aluminium busbars, Form 2 to Form 4 segregation, fixed or draw-out, cable or busduct connection. Enclosures are CRCA sheet steel with pre-treatment and powder coating, IP42 to IP55. Designed to IS/IEC 61439 and routine tested before dispatch. Suitable for factories, IT parks, malls, hospitals, residential towers and EPC projects. Export packing available. Price on request - share your SLD for a quotation. MOQ 1 unit. Lead time 4-6 weeks from drawing approval. Packing: stretch-wrap with foam on wooden pallet; seaworthy wooden crate for export.
