Omega Power Controls is an electrical control panel manufacturer established in 1998, serving industrial, commercial, infrastructure and export customers from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India. We design, fabricate, wire and test low-voltage (LT/LV) switchboards and automation panels in-house, built to IEC 61439 practices with type-tested components from leading brands such as Schneider, Siemens, ABB, L&T and Legrand.   Our product range: PCC Panels (up to 6300A), MCC Panels, Main LT Panels, PDB/LDB Distribution Boards, APFC Panels, AMF Panels, DG Synchronising & Load Sharing Panels, VFD Panels (0.75 to 500 kW), PLC/HMI/SCADA Automation Panels, LT Metering Panels and Outdoor IP55 Feeder Pillars. Every panel is custom-engineered to the customer's single-line diagram, with CRCA sheet-metal enclosures, powder coating, copper or aluminium busbars and 100% routine testing before dispatch.   We work with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, factories, hospitals, commercial buildings, feed and food plants, water treatment and infrastructure projects. Services include design and GA drawings, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales support. Omega Power Controls manufactures AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panels at our ISO 9001:2015 certified factory in Hyderabad, India. Automatically starts the DG set on mains failure, transfers load and returns to mains on restoration. For DG sets from 15 kVA to 2500 kVA at 415V, with AMF controllers (Deep Sea, ComAp or equivalent), motorised MCCB / ACB or contactor changeover with mechanical and electrical interlock, battery charger, engine protection and metering. Enclosures are CRCA sheet steel with pre-treatment and powder coating, IP42 to IP54, floor or wall mounted. Designed to IS/IEC 61439 and routine tested before dispatch. Used in apartments, hospitals, telecom, commercial buildings and factories. Export packing available. Price on request - share DG rating for a quotation. MOQ 1 unit. Lead time 2-4 weeks from drawing approval. Packing: stretch-wrap with foam on wooden pallet; seaworthy wooden crate for export. FAT and routine test reports supplied with every panel.
