TOOLFLEX is a torsionally stiff and flexible metal bellow-type coupling (all-metal coupling) with a bellow made of stainless steel and coupling hubs made of aluminum. The coupling hubs of our metal bellow-type coupling in size 55 and 65 and as a type KN are made of steel. The metal bellow ensures optimum compensation of axial, radial and angular displacements with conformal torque transmission. At the same time the geometrical shape of the metal bellow-type coupling provides high torsion stiffness and a low mass moment of inertia. Apart from that it is resistant to media effects and critical operating conditions. Applications of our metal bellow-type coupling TOOLFLEX: Metal bellow-type coupling for drive technology, automation technology, medical technology, servo drives, packaging technology, machine tools, etc. For the different applications and mounting conditions of the TOOLFLEX metal bellow-type couplings two different bellow lengths are available.
