EASY TO PREPARE: Use SkyRoots Jowar Idli Mix, add equal amount of curd or butter milk. Add salt & pinch of soda. Mix it well & keep it for minimum of 1 hour. Por batter onto greased idli plate. Steam them for 15 to 20 mins untill idlis are done. Serve hot with chutney or sambar. 16 to 18 idli per pack.
