Overview

Screw Capping Machine – this machine caps / tightens Screw Caps on to Glass / Plastic bottles / jars/ cans and other containers Bottles / jars of different volumes can be capped on the same machine using Change Parts Variants of this machine with 2, 4, 6… Capping Heads are available. Process The container from the filling Machine is transferred to the capping machine input conveyor. There a turret (rotary moving) with a pocket of the size of the container. The container will transfer to the centre turret which has the Capping heads, here the caps will be tightened as the turret moves, after which the containers are transferred to the exit turret and then on to the conveyor for the next operation… like Cooling, labeling, packing The caps are dumped into the vibratory feeder, they are picked up the cap pick up turret and placed on the bottles.
