1. AAC (All Aluminium Conductor)

AAC is a stranded conductor made entirely from high-conductivity EC-grade aluminium wires. It offers excellent electrical conductivity, low weight, and good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for short-span overhead distribution lines where high mechanical strength is not required. AAC is commonly used in urban distribution networks, substations, and coastal areas with relatively short spans.
