To update your profile, follow these simple steps:

• Sign In and click on your picture (or initials) on the top right of your screen and select 'EDIT' on your eBiz Card
• Click on the ‘edit’ icon, make necessary changes and click on 'Save'

Within your profile, you can update the following details:

• Personal Details - Complete Name, Designation, Mobile number, Date of Joining, Description
• Catalogue - Add your product information
• Location - Work Address
• Social network - Website, Twitter, Blog

Only your Company Admin can make changes to your Company profile. Being a Company Admin kindly follow these steps to request a change in your Company name:

1. Sign In and click on your picture (or initials) on the top right of your screen and select 'EDIT' option on your Company eBiz Card
2. Click on 'Edit' next to your company name

In case your company is verified:

1. To change your business name, you may:
   1. Select 'Edit' icon under 'Doing Business As'
   2. Update the company name under 'Correct name for Doing Busines As'. Select 'Change' to confirm this update
2. To update your legal name, you may:

• 1. Select 'Change' next to your legal name mentioned next to 'Verified as..'. You will be asked to confirm this step.

Note, in case you proceed with the name change request, your Company will no longer be a verified Company. You will have to initiate the verification request with the relevant documents for the revised company name.

Incase your company is not verified, you may:

• Update the company name under 'Doing Business As'
• Scroll down and click on 'Save'

Contact us in case you are unable to change your Company name

Being a Company Admin kindly follow these steps to verify your Company:

• Sign In and click on your company logo/picture (or initials) from the top right and select 'EDIT' under your eBiz Card.
• Click on your company name to visit your company profile 
• Under your company name click on “Request Verification” link
• Enter your Company PAN number/GST number or click 'UPLOAD' to upload other Government document(s) and click on ‘Save’

Note: In case you are a sole proprietor or a HUF, kindly provide a scan copy of your GST to verify your company

To Sign Up, follow these simple steps:

1. Select Sign Up on GlobalLinker

2. Choose your preference in creating your account:

1. Your social profiles in Google, LinkedIn and Facebook or by completing the member registration form OR

2. Entering your personal details like complete name, email address, mobile number, a password

1. Verify your account by entering your mobile number and entering the OTP sent to your mobile.

2. Register your Company:  Now enter the full name of your Company to create a new account for your company. Provide additional information to your company account. If your Company is already registered, select the company name from the drop down Or If you are registering your Company, click on 'Add Company' next to your company name in the drop down, and provide the required company details.

3. Provide Profile Verification information.

• Click on your company name to visit your company profile 
• Make necessary changes and click on 'Save'

Note: You can update the following details in your company profile:

• Your company information – Company name, Core Business Area, Company verification, Product/ Services you offer, Product images, Date of incorporation, Number of employees, Turnover, Nature of business, Business type, Industry, Sub-category, Specialization  
• Contact information - Business address
• Social network - Company website, Twitter, Blog
• Awards & Certificates

Through a completed profile, your products/services and business profile can show up when potential buyers search for your company or similar products on GlobalLinker and even on global search engines (Google,Bing etc)

You can add important information like your business information, licences and certifications, your addresses and much more. You may also verify your profile to confirm your legal identity. This helps establish you as a credible and trustworthy business partner.

A verified profile helps establish you as a credible and trustworthy business partner. When you verify your business profile, it tells other businesses about your authenticity and legitimacy and they will be a lot more comfortable in doing business with you. Also any other company will be able to find you on GlobalLinker only after you have completed the company verification.

You can identify a verified business profile if you see a green check mark next to its business card.
