Ring Lug Type Thermocouple , Temperature Range: 0 to 450 C
Ring Washer type proble are used to manufacture flexible thermocouple to measure temperature of pins or rods etc. The ring washer are fitted (enclosed) from the top round the pin / rod / shaft etc.
They are available with no protection tube ( insulation only), armour clad flexible tube, or stainless steel over braid. All are light weight for easy connection to an instrument or a distant junction box. Closed end tubes are welded for Type K. Bayonet thermocouples are generally rated for service to 480 °C ( 900 °F ) under dry conditions; temperature rating does not apply to cold end terminations

Fiber Glass Cables , 0.5 Sq.mm To 90 Sq.mm, Single Core
FIBER GLASS WIRES & CABLES are for high temperature applications which has an outstanding and unique combination of electrical, thermal, mechanical & chemical properties. Cable conductors like annealed bare or tinned copper are closely braided with FIBER GLASS Yarn and impregnated with high temperature impregnation.
They are normally recommended for continuous use from 130 to 180 °C with impregnation and up to 500°C without impregnation. FIBER GLASS WIRES are ideal for general application requiring moderate abrasion, moisture resistance & high temperature resistance. ELTEC PTFE Multicore Shielded Cables
In most adverse industrial conditions, where chemical fumes & other liquids make all other types of cables are vulnerable, PTFE polymer becomes an excellent solution as it is chemically inert to most of industrial chemicals. Its outstanding di electric properties even at high elevated temperatures make it suitable for harsh industrial applications.
The PTFE equipment wire are as per US Military MIL – W – 16878D and Indian defense specifications JSS 51034.92. As per these standards, PTFE wires are classified in three main working voltage grades.
