On the sorting line, pigeon peas that have already been de-husked and split pass through machine or Sortex sorting, which pulls stones, loose husk and damaged pieces out of the flow. What reaches the bag is tur dal — arhar dal, split pigeon pea — at 99% purity, with damaged grains held to 2% max and moisture to 12% max.

Finish is set per order. Unpolished tur dal and oil polished toor dal come off the same supply line, so one supplier covers both.

The dal goes into sambar and everyday dal, ready-to-eat dal products, catering kitchens and retail repacking. It is packed in 25 kg or 50 kg PP bags, under the buyer's brand if required, and ships from Nhava Sheva on FOB or CIF terms against TT advance, one 20 FT container minimum. Lot-wise lab reports and samples are available before you commit.
