Sparkler Filters

The Sparkler Filter Press is engineered for precise solid-liquid separation, commonly used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage, and food industries. It ensures the removal of fine particles from liquid streams while maintaining throughput efficiency and consistent quality.

This filtration system operates via stacked horizontal plates enclosed in a robust stainless-steel frame. Liquids are forced through PP filter cloths using a hydraulic pump, effectively separating solids and collecting clarified liquid. Filter cake forms between plates and can be removed manually after the filtration cycle.

Models include ET 8, ET 14, ET 18, ET 24, and ET 33, supporting plate diameters from 8" to 33". Flow rates vary from 600 to 12,500 L/h depending on configuration. Cake holding capacities range up to 225 liters, making the units suitable for light, medium, and heavy-duty processing lines.

Each unit features a high-performance pump (½” to 2”), a reliable electric motor (1HP to 5HP), and filter area coverage from 0.27 m² to over 6 m². Configurations can be tailored with different numbers of filter plates and operational settings for specific process requirements.

These filter presses are ideal for batch and continuous operations where purity and efficiency are critical. All models are built to comply with global standards, and packaging includes full documentation and export-ready materials for international distribution.
