Description / Function :
It is a new effective machine to sweep the roads. This machine use back side of the tractor with top link device, every tractor has already fitted top link device for trolley attachment. So we will not supply the top link device. Our machine has two hydraulic hose pipe attach with tractor pressure line & return line. The Hyd. Road Sweeper machine work with tractor hydraulic power base. So it’s not required any PTO gear box or extra shaft to run. The machine has only two hydraulic items fitted one is Hydraulic motor & second Hyd. Lever valve. The hyd. motor use to run shaft & turn the Brushes.
03 Set. of PPN Brushes (Polypropylene – Natural) fitted on shaft. After the run shaft, brushes throw the dust, leaf, or else items in the bucket. The bucket has top side fitted Lever valve to bucket up & down work. After loaded the dust in bucket use lever valve the unload from bucket. The Sweeper use possibility to run 45’ Degree with bracket.
It is mainly used as commercial application for Road Sweeping all the dust and debris on the Road, Street, Highway, Floor (In Industry), Petrol Pump, Glass Factory, Sea – Air Ports, Cement Industries, School, College – University, Lanes, by - lanes, Vehicle Parking Areas, etc. it is very useful for Municipality, Gram Panchayats, Various Industries, etc.
