Design & Construction:
As a standard construction, Ribbon Blenders consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially design ribbon agitator. It is able to give perfect result for mixing due to the innovative design of double helix Ribbon agitator inside of its U-shape trough. Drive system comprising of motor, gearbox, coupling is mounted on sturdy stand. heavy-gauge side walls, make the blender vessels rigid, allowing for exceptionally tight agitator-to-vessel wall tolerances. This, in turn, minimizes residual product in the trough following discharge, reducing material waste and cleaning time. Materials are loaded from top and the discharge is located at the bottom side in the center. In some case tilting type discharge can also be offered. The discharge height can be adjusted as per process requirement. Design of top cover and discharge valve is customized based on user requirements.
We are able to offer Ribbon Blender with contact part to be built by Carbon steel, SS304, SS316/316L, Duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy, etc. Interior finishes range from a standard clean matt finish to ultra-high sanitary finishes, including 80 grit clean welds to 240 grit pharmaceutical finishes.
