Vedika Machinery Pvt. We were founded in 2009 to support our group company Vedika Exports (Tea) Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading teabag packers, so we grew up inside the teabag industry keeping these machines running. Today we supply 170+ clients in 46 countries, from multinational tea brands to contract packers. Parts are reverse-engineered on VMM equipment and machined in our own CNC and EDM toolroom, with PVD coating and heat treatment by specialist partners to our specification. Every part is inspected, and every critical part is trial-fitted and run-tested before dispatch. We also supply teabag packaging materials: cotton thread, aluminium wire, BOPP overwrap film, envelopes, tags and cartons. Where the application demands it, we use PM HSS, and specialist partners apply PVD coating and vacuum heat treatment.
