PortaDeck is a heavy-duty interconnected composite matting system made of HDPE with a compressive strength of 425 tons/sqm. PortaDeck rig mat is used to form approach roads and platforms for the movement of heavy vehicles and equipment on muddy, marshy waterlogged soils even black cotton, mud with high clay content. The HDPE mats can be laid on slushy or undulated ground with difficult terrains for creating approach roads to construction job sites. The ground matting system can withstand the heavy loads of mobile equipment used at construction sites and are most suitable for making access roads for pipeline projects
