Intrdouction: Vacuum feeder, also known as vacuum conveyor, is a kind of dust-free airtight pipeline conveying equipment which transfers particles and powder materials by means of vacuum suction. It uses the difference of air pressure between vacuum and environment space to form gas flow in the pipeline, and drives the movement of powder materials, so as to complete powder conveying.The basic principle of pneumatic conveyor is to move the suspended material such as tablet, capsule, other powder and granular material in a relatively uniform stream from a feed station or supply source to a delivery point.

The vacuum generated by a vacuum pump or blower creates a high enough air velocity and low enough solids to air ratio to effectively move the materials.

Our vacuum conveyor range from PC-VC1 to PC-VC7 with capacity up to 3 tons per hour and suitable for transport in bulk bag unloading, dosing, milling, pelleting, screening and batch feeding of process tanks, mixers and other process equipment.
