Overview

NANOBOND is a highly effective silane based antistripping additive for Hot mix asphalt. Produced by using Nanotechnology, it is a low dosage and extremely thermal resistive eco-friendly product which forms a strong chemical bond with the aggregates and makes them highly hydrophobic thus allowing better bonding between asphalt and aggregates. Compatible with all aggregate types, this product is especially suitable for aggregates having a very high and tough to control stripping profile.

Product Description

NANOBOND liquid antistrip is based on nanotech silane chemistry, formulated to improve the passive adhesion between aggregate and bitumen, even at very low dosage. It helps to grant an unbreakable binder/aggregate link during pavement service life.

Its tensioactive property modifies the bitumen polarity and enhances the chemical attraction in aggregates such as granite, silica, basalt and quartzite gravel. NANOBOND greatly improves stripping characteristics of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and is specially designed to be universal for all kinds of asphalt and aggregates. Its odour-free formulation makes it easy to handle NANOBOND.
