MEDPROGEST gel is used to restore menstrual cycles in women whose periods have stopped. It is a natural female hormone important for regulating ovulation (release of an egg from a woman's ovary) and menstruation. It is used in the treatment of infertility to help you get pregnant. MEDPROGEST Gel 8% Vaginal gel is a progesterone (female hormone). It helps to establish and maintain pregnancy. It also prevents the increase in thickness of the endometrium (lining of the uterus) caused by estrogen.

Product Description

Use MEDPROGEST 8% GEL as advised by your physician. It is for vaginal use only. Before applying the gel wash the genital area. Get the applicator ready and then lean back or lie down with your knees bent and spread apart. Carefully insert the applicator well into your vagina, until your hand touches your body and gently press the air tank at the thick end of the applicator firmly to deliver the gel into your vagina. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of treatment for you depending upon the condition.
