LAMINATOR / DOUGH SHEET LAYERING

Mechanized feeding of Mixed Dough in lumps on to the Hopper of the 2 roll sheeter mill of the cut & lay Laminator unit. Achieved by vertical lifting & tilting of Dough storage trolley with the help of the Dough Feeder unit.

LAMINATOR : (With Cut & Lay system) – for Hard Dough & Fermented Dough

This machine is required for producing hard and fermented dough biscuits with following attachments :

(i)                 Dough feeding hopper.

(ii)               Scrap feeding hopper.

(iii)             1st Take-off conveyor.

(iv)             One set Gauge Roller.

(v)               2nd Take-off conveyor.

(vi)             Final set of Gauge Roller.

(vii)           Cut & Lay mechanism having magnetic clutches, Control panel.
