Personalization elements—such as initials or small motifs—are integrated into the bead layout at the sample stage. The sample confirms scale, bead color and placement relative to closures and edges.

Personalization adds manual hours per unit and affects batching. To control lead time and cost, personalization rules (character count, motif size) should be defined at RFQ. Samples are produced to lock visual alignment; once approved, production proceeds in the defined quantity band.

Processing Insight

Personalized beadwork is tracked separately within the production schedule to ensure placement accuracy. QA includes visual alignment checks, motif centering and bead retention tests. For private‑label personalization, label artwork and packaging are finalized at or before sample approval to prevent packing delays.
