ProFoss™ 2 is an advanced in-line process analyzer designed for real-time compositional analysis directly in the dairy production line without bypass. It uses high-resolution NIR technology with a lateral transmittance interface to continuously monitor key parameters such as moisture, fat, protein, salt, and total solids. Installed at critical points in the process, it allows producers to optimize yield, improve product consistency, reduce rework, and increase profitability from day one.
